This interactive presentation for team leaders enables them to connect with diversity and inclusion so that they understand why it's important to the organisation and their team. In this session participants:

  5. Why it is necessary to align diversity and inclusion to the vision, mission and values of the organisation
  6. Understanding the 6 Signature traits of being an inclusive leader
