Who Do You Think You Are?

In my second Nonagon Table event (what’s a nonagon? see below) a group of diversity and inclusion practitioners and business leaders gathered at FDM Group to discuss why employers should empower their employees to bring their whole selves to work especially when under pressure from a personal or professional transition. For example, the manager who becomes a parent for the first time, or the senior leader who acquires a hearing impairment or the graduate who was open about their gender fluidity but now feels they must hide this part of themselves working in the City.
